During the 1980’s, Freerose Ltd was established as a national telecommunications distributor. The company was located in Dunstable, Bedfordshire where the core of our national deliveries were despatched until November 2006 when we joined our corporate headquarters at Staples Corner London NW2.

Freerose Ltd is a part of the Alvabond Group of Companies. Alongside telecommunications the group also distributes consumer electronic goods from a wide range of major brand names. Freerose account holders are invited to take advantage of buying these produces at competitive rates.

Our staff are always on hand to offer you advice when making your purchases. By working closely with manufacturers, technical expertise and product knowledge can be made readily available. Additionally for specialist areas, such as video conferencing, voice processing, telephone systems and headsets, where in-depth knowledge and expertise are required, we have personnel dedicated to each product area.

Freerose offer our customers a personal service. Our policy of building one-to-one relationships allows us to clearly understand and therefore respond more accurately to our customers’ individual needs.

Customer Service and Ordering

Freerose place a huge value on our reputation for friendly and efficient customer service and we never forget the customer always has a choice and that choice is Freerose.

We make placing your orders as easy as possible. We accept orders by fax or by post. If you have an existing account with us, or choose to pay either by Access, Visa, Barclaycard or American Express, your goods will be dispatched on the day your order is received (providing it is received before 4:00pm). To open an account, simply call our sales team.

On orders under £50 a processing charge of £10 ex VAT will be levied.

Delivery

Freerose have chosen a national carrier to provide our nationwide parcel delivery service. Our charges detailed in the table are calculated per delivery – the weight of your package is not a determining factor.
